I’m Heather Haws, a product leader dedicated to driving strategic change through a people-first approach. With a background in product management, UX, and data, I believe that empowered teams and streamlined processes are the backbone of successful products.

My mission is to create and optimize team structures and systems that not only support but accelerate growth, bringing meaningful products to market faster and with greater impact. Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams in UX, product, and data, implementing modern workflows that cut release times, enhanced quality, and enabled our teams to scale effectively. One of my proudest accomplishments was leading the transition to a modern SDLC at Bluetooth SIG, reducing production code release time from over 10 days to just 1-3 days, all while maintaining zero regressions.

I take a holistic approach to leadership, focusing on both the people and the processes. By nurturing growth at the individual and team levels, I empower people to do their best work. I also prioritize data-driven insights to ensure that our efforts align with strategic objectives, creating a culture where every team member understands the impact of their work on the organization’s success.

When I’m not working on transforming teams and processes, I’m furthering my knowledge in organizational strategy through my Master’s program at the University of Washington. I’m also an avid reader and listener of fantasy novels, a yoga enthusiast, and runner.
